So yeah, it's been a few weeks (like, 3) since I started my freshman year at college. I must say...it's quite the change from high school. There are tons of little things that just sort of popped out at me, especially on the first day. Apparently, tons of people seem to think you should be dressed up like a fashion queen whenever you make an appearance for a class. What is this, a New York fashion show?! I can understand looking pretty or modest, but it's a bit much when you see a girl walking down the corridor with a pair of Gucci sunglasses, a super short skirt and 2 rings on each finger. Wait...that's not even really dressing up! Aw, to hell with it. ><'

Anyways, onto other things: Finding a parking spot? Er, yeah, dream on. You're lucky if you can end up getting one at 8 am (like me ! :3). People are generally nicer, but it can be harder to make new friends unless you just jump into whatever's going on at the campus.
All of my professors are nice, but I'm split as far as class difficulty is concerned: 2 of my classes are fun, interesting, and actually EASY! Shocking, I know. The other two classes were what I expected: unpleasant, a bit nerving, but overall difficult. Can you guess which class is the top of the difficulty list? Yup, it's MATH. Bleh!

Anyways, do I like college? I do, actually. My schedule's awesome and I get days off...plus I get to do things with my life for a change. How can I NOT like that?

Hm, I better run off soon. God, I CANNOT wait until Tuesday. Our new HDTV gets hooked up... *grins* 1080p goodness from good ol' Panasonic (I nicknamed them ' Panny ' )? You can't go wrong with that. Plus my dad for some reason insisted on buying an HD-DVD player to go along with the TV last weekend, soooo....yeah. 1080p HD-DVDs and upconverted DVDs too? Awesome. Just give me my HD-DVD edition of Transformers and I'll be all set. <3
